A great course introducing you to the basic yoga postures and practices.
After the five weeks, you will have noticed many of the benefits of yoga and be confident to attend any general classes. This course is suitable for absolute beginners as well as those wishing to return to the yoga foundations.
Classes are kept small and friendly to ensure everyone receives attention if they want it.
The pace of the class is slow and safe, giving everyone an opportunity to create variations that suit their bodies. Whether you are large, small, young, old, fit and flexible or unfit and stiff, male or female we make sure there is a yoga practice for you.

One Day Yoga Retreat

This One Day Yoga Retreat is designed to allow you to reconnect with the you that often gets neglected while attending the demands of our current everyday life.
You will get an opportunity to turn within as you immerse deeply in a full one and a half hour yoga class. The class is suitable for those new to yoga as well as giving those more experienced, an opportunity to deepen their practice.
This class is followed with a workshop that inspires you to reset your intentions for living a joyful and meaningful life.
A unique guided meditation and restorative yoga practice near the end of the day will connect you deeply to your true self and incorporate your intentions.
In between these sessions your appetite will be satisfied with a fresh and tasty brunch prepared with organic, seasonal foods. Near the end of the day you will be served a special afternoon snack. Gluten and dairy free catered for.
All of this in a simple country setting. No need for long distances or overnight stays.
You'll come away renewed and with a refreshed purpose in your life.

Yoga for Seniors

International Day of Yoga and Winter Solstice

A Celebration of International Day of Yoga and our Winter Solstice.
Start this auspicious Day with a meditation, yoga class and simple breakfast commemorating life and renewal.
The Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year but we will celebrate that it marks the beginning of more light with progressively longer days.
The word “solstice” is drawn from the Latin word for sun, “sol”, and “sistere”, which means to stand still.
Join us for a 45minute class followed by a warming breakfast of hearty porridge, bread and homemade jams/honey and fresh brewed coffee.
